Wendy's

Decided to drop in on my way back from Springfield; only been in here a couple times, but I love their chicken wrap. Close to 6pm, dining in and it's nice and quiet, and they got my order out very quickly. The few times I am here I get the chicken wrap pretty much every time lol.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Their food is always cold. Their Frosty’s are always melted, and the employees would rather argue (like serious yell argue) with you rather than be helpful.. i’m not talking about arguing with me about getting free stuff. I’m talking about arguing that our orders are correct when they are not. i’m amazed it’s still open.

Stopped while traveling. Two people asked to take order in drive thru. Sandwiches made wrong. Chicken nuggets cold fries cold. Drinks ok. Could not go back for correct warm food. Already on I72. Will not stop here again.

My family loves Wendy’s frosties but this restaurant has to be the worst service in all of Jacksonville. It took 20 - 30 minutes to get our frosties. The service was terrible and they got our order wrong twice. It’s always slow service because the staff doesn’t care. Get new staff please

Love Wendy's,but this was the first time for Jacksonville. The service was quick, the team member was friendly, and the food was warm and cooked properly. However I had the Baconator and it wasn't very "bacony". There were 3 slices of bacon, and they were so thin I could hardly see them, let alone taste the meat. The fries are always like homemade and these were no exception. Also, the cold drinks were made the way we asked. It would have been a 10 but the amount of bacon, or lack thereof, takes it to a 6.5 or 7, at best.
