Really didn’t appreciate having to hyperextend my arm to tap-to-pay in the drive-through because your cashier can’t be bothered to go any farther than the edge of the window. Got home and discovered my saucy nuggets were VERY under-sauced. This is not what I should be paying a premium for. Extremely disappointed in the lack of ability this crew seems to have.

Woman behind the counter tried to convince me that the swirl frosty she handed me was the fusion frosty I had actually ordered. As a reminder, the fusion frosty has chunks and/or morsels along with the sauce in them, the swirl frosty has just the sauce. The fusion frosty is also a dollar more than the swirl. When I order food, I expect to get the food I pay for.

Customer service here sucks terribly. The food is good when they do get it right but I can’t get over how rude the staff is. I’ve worked in fast food before and I get it some days are bad days but it’s every single time I come by which is very rarely now…

My husband and I stopped here for a quick dinner in the dinning room. And let me tell you it was quick! I can’t remember the last time I received my order so fast from any fast food restaurant. The cashier was friendly and our order was correct and prompt. (Even my bunless burger request). I’ve worked at a different Wendy’s location before and let me tell you this location has their stuff together and knows how to make happy customers. Thank you!

Older blonde women in the drive thru was so rude. I asked for pepper she slammed the door and walked away. She was making me feel uncomfortable in the drive thru the way she was starting at me and my friend and she forgot my sour cream for my potato I asked for 5 times
