BIGGBY COFFEE

Ice Coffee was very heavy, but it was good. Server was nice and provided recommendations which are best option for new.

I visit many biggby locations. Was at this location this morning. I ordered a cream earl grey latte made with oatmilk. I should have checked it before I left. Half of the time I get it from this location, they forget the vanilla syrup that makes it a little sweet. Again today I was let down when I took a sip. I decided this time I would say something. Too many times this has happened, and they are too expensive to just dump it down the drain. I called up and the phone rang and rang, no answer. I called again, a lady named Kristen (?) answered. I explained why I was calling, and then heard a pause, I could still hear the commotion in the background, and then she hung up on me. So here we go, now im writing a review to get the managements attention. This tiny issue has now shown the careles

I try my best to never to put down another business. I am disappointed in my last couple of experiences at this location specifically. I ordered a cup of coffee and half the large cup was filled with foam. I personally feel if you are going to charge $7 for a cup of coffee it should at least be full. The picture I’m posting I have yet to take a sip

Shout out to the Sunday morning staff (9/7/2025). I made the wrong mobile order for my daughter. The staff offered to quickly remake it, did not charge us, and even gave my daughter the Steamer I had ordered in error. Really pleasant experience! (And a nice sidenote for you, my daughter loves the steamer, and I can imagine ordering a bunch of those in the future now, too. 😀)

I go to a lot of biggby's and have NEVER felt uncomfortable, the staff was LOUD talking about a lot of personal sexual references as well as swearing. I'm no prude by any means but it just made for an uncomfortable atmosphere
