Dunkin'

My frozen coffee made me so sick to my stomach. The first sip was sour, and I thought maybe it’s just bitter. So I tried it again and it was disgusting. I’ve been queasy and nauseous since. As I waited for my drink, I noticed just about everyone’s order was messed up. I believe it was probably the guy taking the orders as he seemed super out of it. We all have bad days, so I have grace. But I used to manage a DD and the sour is very concerning in regards to if they are cleaning their machines properly and using good dairy or not. Do to that health and sanitation concern, I will not be back.

The reason I’m writing this review is because I had a very bad experience 😡 I love going to this location because they have good chocolate shakes. and today I ordered a medium, but it had pink plastic pieces (not from my straw) blended inside it. I went back to get it remade and the people were very unapologetic and my remake was very chunky with ice and not enjoyable. I’m very sad now. 🙁

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin every day before work for over a year. The ladies who used to work the drive thru window, were always so kind. But now every time I go there is a man and he is always so rude and not friendly. I’ve slowly stopped coming here, came today one last time and again. He was rude at the window

The last 3 times I've had iced lattes here it's been 99% milk. Not to mention the wait times are outrageous. Just got done waiting for nearly a half hour in the drive thru and they didn't even offer to remake the drinks that had been sitting on the shelf that entire time. Not coming back here again.

Best dunkin ever. They do get extremely busy, but it's worth the wait😁. Never had a bad experience with this location yet. All the employees are great😃
