Wendy's

Sorry service!! 3 people working, of which 2 were on their phones and not doing their jobs. We were a party of 3. No one else was in the building and it took several minutes to get my food. I wanted a double stack combo, but the server couldn’t find it on the screen, so I ordered the Dave’s single instead. Only 1 baked potato available and they couldn’t tell me how long it had been out. I had to wait well over 5 minutes for them to fix my order. Then, when I went to get my drink, almost all of the selections were not available. Only Sprite, odd flavored drinks & root beer were available options. I wanted Coke, nothing complex, but I didn’t have any options for Coke (diet, caffeine free, etc) except for some weird flavor. At least my burger & chili were hot. Not going back there anymore!

I just have to give a shout out the staff at Wendy's in Greensboro! Every time I eat there the staff is always friendly,seems genuinely happy to be doing their job and the order is always right and still warm. Not to mention the line moves quickly. I have been so consistently impressed that I asked to speak to the Manager last visit. I think her name was Sylvia? Anyway, keep up the good work. You g Ladies rock!

I'm not saying it's bad, but you could open another Wendy's directly across the street and this one would go out of business. Every single time I come here, it's like they exclusively hire rude people that don't know how to read

All my food was wrong Diet coke was mostly water. Nuggeta were funky. Asked for my fries to be under cooked I. E soft and they were hard little mouth razors. Not going back there

Stopped to grab a quick bite, first time visited this Wendy's order got all messed up and didn't realize it until got home. This time order was right food was hot and fresh. Outside parking lot was clean as well as appearance of restaurant. Inside was clean, restrooms where clean, the employees where very nice and friendly. Tried the strawberry frosty wasn't really impressed nor was the serving a full cup it was a good 2" below rim not full.
