Forgot half our order. Do they wear hairnets? Hair in my baked potato right when we opened the container ! 🤢🤢
If I could go lower than 1 star I would. The workers were just overall rude to the point they close the window in your face while you’re talking. I don’t think there was one time I’ve gone to Wendy’s and they have gotten my order correct. If you’re gonna give me the wrong food, atleast make sure they don’t taste a year old and not half empty. I kinda wanna get what I pay for.
Seperate incident: how does this slop still pass for food? About once a year I stop in for something quick because its the only burger place close to home. This time I get home & you can't even see the burger under all the ketchup and mayo then it must have been sitting & they microwaved it cuz the cheese & the bread are both hard. They really need to bring in all new staff because this is disgusting & not even Original review from 2023: The evening manager is rude & clearly doesn't know what is available on the menu
Made a mobile order when I got there they had all food ready so they said and just needed to make a chicken sandwich they ask me to pull up they were not busy so I thought 2 min tops 20min later they bring me my food fries are cold and my all of my frostys were melted when I asked the to remake it they refused.
