Wendy's

Went in and used the kiosk (there are 2 kiosks) to order, ordered to go. The staff behind the counter were hustling and bustling. This is a smaller Wendy's, but there were still plenty of tables to sit at. It is kind of hard to hear the folks call your order, they do not have a monitor up for you to watch. The food was still hot when we brought it home. I had the chicken tenders, they were juicy and delicious. We used the Wendy's signature sauce for dipping.

Honestly horrible sadly. I was very excited for a Wendy’s closer to town and at first thought dealing with the AI system was cool. When I got to window to receive my food. Was never greeted was handed my drinks and my food. After looking in my bag realizing half my order was wrong the I’m assuming manager came to window to “help”. I told her that I ordered large fries and received juniors. Don’t know how junior fries came with a biggie bag¿ I then offered to pay for large and asked for ranch instead of the bbq I received. The manager said “you will have to trade the bbq in for ranch since they’re 50¢ each” okay??? Seems like a gross idea they’re asking for food back once it’s in a customers car. Manager girl was kinda just rude the whole time with her responses and was never actually

I typically use mobile apps to order my food, better deals. But for some reason at least the past month, this specific location is only ever "opening soon" on only the pickup option on the app. The other ones are always "closed" but if you actually go there they ARE open. Not just that but their stupid AI system for ordering is completely ridiculous. I hate this sort of disconnect between the customer and the kitchen, it's inhuman by design. Often the food is okay for a wendys, but about 40% of the time the order is wrong. The use of AI to serve customers is destroying this industry. And degrade atmosphere.

Sorry Wendy's of Warrenton. You get our order wrong every time. Customers..check your order before you leave the drive through! If you call them right away to let them know they absolutely don't care.

Ai has taken the part of their job where they have to take orders, so you would expect customers service to be better when you get to the window. Nope. atrocious. Girls at the window were rude. Wont come back to this location. I'll stick to the esplanade wendys if I want it bad enough.
