Wendy's

One of the worst wendy's out there, they undercooked the burgers and a chicken sandwich we order. They gave us raw chicken!! This is unacceptable! there is no excuse for undercooked chicken. Then I called the location and the manager was unprofessional rude!! "Said I have to time to check the orders" he was understaffed. I warn others to stay away or double check your food.

I’ve been giving this Wendy’s chance after chance all year, but I’m done. The cleanliness here is disgusting, and it never gets better. This time, gnats were actually inside my drink, and there were flies all over the dining room — seats, windows, everywhere. The bathroom was hot, filthy, and full of gnats too. The staff keeps changing, yet the same sanitation problems stay. At this point, it feels like no one in management cares at all. This place needs a complete reset or a serious inspection. I have pictures to prove but at this point I’m going to customer care for help because the store manager isn’t enough.

No dine-in at this time, but drive-through is quick and efficient I don't know any nearby location that has got an open dine-in. That is sad because one of the best things about visiting Wendy's is their Coca-cola freestyle. Luckily, the quality and taste of food don't depend on whether you are getting take-out or eating at the restaurant. For two people, we've ordered Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger triple, Big Bacon Classic triple, and fries with a hot sauce. I could only finish half of my burger at once. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste the same the next day. But our order was hot and fresh as always. Also, I love ghost pepper ranch sauce (it's not super spicy, of course). I wish they were selling it in regular bottles, to have some at home at any time.

Excellent customer service from this crew, I forgot my 2 Medium fries and they were very accommodating, after coming back for them, gave two fresh new ones

Shout out the employee "Jazzie" manning the drive thru and still being nice, courteous and efficient. Breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. I'll definitely be back. My fur kid loved the potato wedges. Plus the condiments and napkins 👍👍👍👍👍
