was really disappointed with this maamoul. The taste was bad and it had a strong smell and flavor of old oil, like it wasn’t fresh. I expected better quality. Not recommended at all. There was no production or expiration date on the box, which is very concerning.

I bought sesame cookies s shape from local store in Pittsburgh PA and I amazed how fresh and baked to the right point. So I searched for the bakery name. Excellent quality food and take me to my country time. You can see It’s empty. Thank you very much for all the work.

Tried some semolina date mamoul, but they were heavy on spices, especially cardamom. It tasted more like kabsa than mamoul! The flavor ended up being a bit too strong and bitter for my taste!
