AlHamawi Roastery & Coffee (Bridgeview)

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is top-notch, and they truly make you feel welcome. The pistachio latte here is hands down the best I’ve ever had, and the Turkish coffee is incredible! What’s even better is that they’ll customize it to suit your taste, which is a nice touch. Plus, their selection of fresh nuts is impressive, with a variety that’s hard to beat. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality coffee and unique flavors!

Thank you to Saubri or Sabri ( I hope I spelled it right lol ) for his amazing customer service. His customer service retained me as a forever customer!!! I’ve tried the mango matcha and Barbie frappe, which both are a 10/10. I will be back soon especially for the jolly ranchers’ drinks.

I’ve been shopping here since they opened, I as everyone else understand how your prices went up. never noticed that your charge a “ tariff charge” on products even though you’re prices had gone up after you started to pay more to ship your products from Jordan. I hope you reconsider this 10% extra charge on products. As we treat you with honesty and supported you since the beginning. We never checked our receipts. We were surprised to see such a charge bc/ Pete’s does not, Walmart does not, the nut house does not, Shibam Marekt (one block away) doesn’t. Update Here’s a respectful but firm response that clearly shows you’re not happy with the extra charge, without being aggressive: Thank you for taking the time to respond and for acknowledging my concerns. I appreciate the explanation

My 1st time trying this place. Tried a biscoff frappe it is the best cold drink ever! Better than Starbucks & Dunkin & the guy was so kind & let me try a hot 1 for free. I appreciate a business who really cares about making the customer happy. Thank U! I will be ordering again:-)

The shop is very clean and tidy and the merchandise is excellent. Honestly, their chocolate tastes absolutely amazing.
