Although the staff (most of them at least) are all pretty decent.... (bit of a bell curve situation), the food has slowly began to suck... They have now started putting shredded lettuce on everything (used to be full leaf). This sucks when you want do to a low carb sandwich, or even if you want to eat a sandwich without a lap full of lettuce. Any time you order a large chili, you get a regular chili in a large cup... The chicken is often "rubbery?!?" not sure how... but it's a thing... Just... not what you expect from "quality is our recipe"

I have been through drive thru 3 times in last month and never have you gotten my order right. Ordered Dave’s classic single combo, medium fry and Coke with NO cheese on burger only mustard and pickles. Simple but you can’t come through correctly. I won’t be back. Staff needs to LISTEN and be able to READ!!!!!!!!

Accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich but it was hot and fresh. The fries were delicious but not as hot as I would have liked. Coffee tastes good on a cool day.

The food is pretty good, but the wait can get pretty long during the evening rush. The employees get my order wrong frequently.

The workers were nice and alert. My order was taken without issue. The price was what it was supposto be. My order came quickly and was correct. The facility was clean and well kept. The atmosphere seemed pleasant.
