This is the best Wendy's we have been to in a very long time. The ladies working the morning shift are absolutely awesome!!! They were so polite and friendly. The food was fresh and hot and they served it with a smile and nice conversation. Keep up the good work ladies. I hope that your employer appreciate you as much as we did. This restaurant is lucky to have you!!!
Clean, fast, and reliable. The chili is good on a cold day.
The nicest woman in the Drive-Thru this morning. I ordered a biscuit and the bacon was cold, the egg yolk had green on it like was made days ago, and the biscuit was only semi warm. I prefer freshly made food, so I won't be back.
So Black Friday- “Wendy’s offering 6 7 Frostys” … all over the internet, in the news …. Alrighty!!! Let’s get a couple while out shopping… Drive through … Me: “would like the frosty special today” Them: “we don’t have any” Me: “no .67 cent Frosty for Black Friday?” Them: “no” - click …. So what gives? This location special? Up 75 on the way home - Niota - Drive through…. “Good morning, how can we help you” Me: “ Frosty special today?” Them: “yes sir, what flavor would you like?” Me: “two chocolates please” Them: “$1.47 - drive around” Ahhhhh - delicious! Athens nah Niota yeah!
Rude!!! Zero customer service. No greeting. The “hot mess” behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge anyone coming in or getting in line. I call her that bc that’s what the neck tat said. The rest of the employees were not friendly either. 8+ people in line and not one word from anyone and no one came up to help. Not clean, no paper towels in the restroom and it smelled bad. Never even ordered
