Michael's Casual Dining

Went here for a late lunch and the food was amazing! No matter what time you go by, the parking lot is full (usually a good sign)

I went to visit my friend in the area and decided to pick up lunch for us. A nice treat. My friend had mentioned she liked Micheal’s. So I stopped by and picked up a pulled pork and a brisket sandwich to go. Even though it was Sunday I was served quickly. The sandwiches were very good. They were still hot when I arrived at my destination. Thank you staff at Michael’s.

Michael's is a gem of a restaurant. Classic American fare in a reasonably sized dining room with some really creative dishes. Our server was amazing... personable, outgoing, helpful, talking to her felt like a conversation with an old friend. Her recommendations were on point and the dishes were all amazing. They also serve fresh baked bread and honey butter with every meal, which could be a food group itself. The entrees were delicious and while we didn't have dessert, I bet it's also great.

Restaurant was very clean. Wide variety of menu items. Kids menu and crayons available. I usually order the catfish with a baked potato and steamed broccoli. Food is always cooked as ordered. Servers are attentive to their tables. A reasonable wait for well prepared food. A great place for eating alone, family meal, or even a room for larger groups.

Michael’s is average. The speed of service was the best part, but the food and atmosphere were mediocre at best. The fried green tomatoes were overdone for my taste. The Cowboy Burger was a bit of a let down, as well. I left feeling like I wouldn’t go back.
