Wellington Public Library

I have wasted my time and gasoline twice going to Wellington library to make copies. The ladies are nice enough but are like deer in headlights when it comes to simple paying customer service. The lady with the ponytail and glasses literally sat there surfing the Internet with obviously more important things to do than help a taxpayer with services offered. The first time, they were quite busy and I waiting for over an hour and a half to decide to return again when they're not as busy. 1/2 tank of gas later and I'll just buy a printer. Get it together, whomever you are. If you offer a service, now the I T. side of things to more accurately and speedily help patrons. A great little Carnegie Library serving its community well. This was my first visit and from the things inside, it is definitely a hub for the community. A seed library, a decked out children's area, teacher resources, and more! Whoever is developing the collection and services is keeping community needs in mind.

I used to visit for a weekly Yu-Gi-Oh card game meetup that was hosted here, and the staff was very polite with helping us get signed up for events each week. No clue if these events are still held now, but if the staff are as supportive and kind as they were during those days, they deserve the 5 stars.

My family loves to visit this little library, especially during summer. My older brother likes to bring his laptop and do his studying here for summer college classes. It is a well kept, clean, friendly and a relaxing place to do your studying, reading, sitting, and with easy internet access to library computers or on your own device. A cool place to go after swimming in the public pool to get out of the sun. Also a good selection of books for a small town library. We like the children's and teen's sections! Hopefully they keep adding new books over time!

Although I luv this place & have been there a lot!!! I m disappointed that I haven't seen a wheelchair ramp or handicap entrance. The stairs r in abundance & being disabled, they r difficult 2 constantly traverse!
