Dropped by here after spending a day in Wichita. I must say, being well traveled, I had my doubts on just what could be awaiting my tastebuds upon arrival. However, I must say that the food was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. They ensured that everyone got exactly what they asked for without question. I had the shrimp fajitas and while they were small, they were mighty in flavor and were great and scrumptious! Others in my family got the street tacos with shrimp and pork. Everyone loved their food choices and all tasted good and fresh. If you’re in town and have a taste for some Mexican food I’d highly recommend you drop by here and get your fill.

I have been going since the very beginning and never had a bad experience! All of the staff and owners are seriously the best of the best! The food and margaritas are top tier! For sure a must every time I visit my hometown!

Absolutely love coming to Fabiola's. People think we're crazy driving all the way from Wichita to come eat but it's always worth it. The family that owns it is always present, welcoming, and so nice. Food is great and fresh. Service is outstanding.

I came in for their smothered pork burrito which appears to be a crowd favorite judging from the posts. The service was okay. They brought chips and hot sauce. The hot sauce wasn't spicy at all. The chips were a bit on the thick side, kind of odd. The burrito was very bland tasting. Pork and refried beans wrapped in a tortilla with a very soupy flavorless sauce all over it with melted cheese on top. The whole thing tasted and looked like it came out of a can and was heated in the microwave.I left most of it at the table and got my check. I wasn't too impressed with the atmosphere. There seemed to be a lot of different sounds and music coming from everywhere which made for a chaotic environment.
