Weck's

Our family has been to Weck's several times. Sometimes we were happy with our meal and sometimes we we're not so pleased. I went to the location in Rio Rancho today with my friend for breakfast. I was so pleased! I was more than just pleased because everything that we got was delicious. I got the two egg breakfast. I ordered poached eggs and they were cooked perfectly. They did have a tiny bit of water in their little bowl. I just dried them out with a paper towel. They were cooked perfectly and so were the hash browns. The biscuits are amazing and so is their gravy. My friend was so happy with her vegetable egg burrito that was Christmas. I will definitely be going back. I still have to try their waffles and sandwiches. We were so pleased at our Rio Rancho location. We had great service

our sever Nova was so wonderful, she really made this experience the best! Very kind and quick service and so personable <3 The food was also very phenomenal and for a very fair price! Thank you so much for being you, Nova you are wonderful and deserve the world!! edit i wanted to add: she even asked us if we wanted to go coffees and that was so thoughtful! it was my first time there and we will definitely be coming back!

Been coming here for YEARS whenever i’m visiting NM & Weck’s in Rio Rancho is hands down our favorite location—no competition! The food is always incredible (just look at that plates ), but what truly makes this place stand out is the service. Every time we come, the staff is kind, quick, and genuinely cares about your experience today our server was Erika she was awesome 💕💕 Whether it’s the christmas smothered burritos, perfectly crispy bacon and hash browns, or the pancakes piled high with whipped cream and strawberries, everything tastes homemade and hits the spot every single time. It truly feels like the cooks go above & beyond every-time!!! We come here as often as we can because it never disappoints. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in!!!!!:)

Our top local breakfast spot! The New Mexico Benedict is a must try (green chili of course)! The Paps Bowls are LOADED! Best breakfast you’ll find in the area, hands down!! Service is always great too! Check em out!!

This is hands down the best Weck’s location! We have been dozens of times and never have any complaints! The servers are always very attentive and the foods comes out fast!
