Shaka cone is the most amazing ice cream! My husband and I will 100% GLADLY skip cold stone, DQ or Menchies and wait for Shaka cone! My go to is chocolate ice with mixed berries and banana with dragonfruit syrup! My husband’s is vanilla ice cream with pineapple and mango with dragonfruit syrup! Cannot recommend them enough, don’t just take my opinion, you MUST try it for yourselves!
Absolutely delicious! I drove from Corrales 20 minutes to Northern Meadows just to give it a try because a friend recommended it. It didn’t disappoint. Probably the best ice cream I’ve had in New Mexico.
Tried the Shaka Cone ice cream truck and loved it! The New Zealand-style twist is awesome. Definitely worth a stop if you see them around!

Shaka Cone has quickly become a family favorite! The ice cream is unbelievably creamy, and the flavors are so unique. My personal favorite is the raspberry – it’s perfectly tangy and refreshing. All of my kids absolutely love it, too! Every visit is a treat, and the friendly staff makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for a high-quality, delicious ice cream, I highly recommend Shaka Cone!
