I love the options that shop has given me. Deanna and coaches has help me with health choices, staying fit and consistency with everyday life. Love the shakes especially the snicker plus with the prolessa that helps with hunger and the parfait!!!!! They always go above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

They have the most delicious and healthy protein drinks, teas, and even kid-friendly shakes — so many flavors to choose from that it’s hard to pick just one. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a great place for families. Deanna and Delenna are always so friendly, kind, and make you feel right at home every time you stop in. Highly recommend this spot!
