Wawa

They don’t know how to make cappuccino while other branches are making well. No foam at all its like thick flat white latte.

This is by far the worst Wawa that I know of in Berks county. Coffee is the only reason to stop at Wawa and this Wawa can't even do that simple thing. The staff act like they're at daycare instead of at work. Just about all the staff are hyper liberal so that explains that. The only time I stopped there is when I'm short on time

Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and there was no sausage on my biscuit and then when I turned it in to show them that I needed a new one. All they wanted to do was slap a whole sausage patty on there after I already took a bite out of the biscuit. They didn't even want to replace the whole thing

Disappointed by the service today, 9:56 pm August 15, 2024, the photo is supposed to be bread with garlic, they gave me burnt bread and no garlic, I will ask for my refund $$$

I’ve lived in the area for 7 years. This location is our home Wawa. The husband and I, loved it up until recently. The old crew they had, was on point with everything. It was warm and welcoming, we are regulars so we were always being greeted, all the employees seemed happy, food was always great, rarely messed up orders and everything was fast paced. I guess staff had been rotating lately because every time we go in now it’s a different crew and we would go almost every day. We don’t recognize anyone. The manager always looks miserable. Our orders are constantly being messed up and the quality of the food has gone downhill. It’s like they don’t care anymore and it’s so sad to see what this Wawa has become. Now we dread this Wawa. And this one short lady on the heavier side who is the cash
