First time here at West Lawn location. Not Philly Pretzel Factory quality. Pretzels were very thin, cold, under salted and under baked. They tasted like uncooked dough. If I had looked in the bag, I would have not bought them….

I was disappointed that unlike their Temple location, the West Lawn location doesn’t have any bottles of mustard to squirt at no charge.

Today was the third time in 3 weeks that we went to Philly pretzel on Penn avenue in West lawn for buckets of rivets. These young girls obviously do not know how to cook pretzels because all three times they were very doughy and cold like they were not cooked enough. We have bought from other locations and none of them are as bad as this place. Maybe they should try to hire new people

I go there all the time, but today the girl at counter took my money and then didn't change her gloves and touched my pretzel. Big no no. Please change the gloves or.have someone else get the pretzel.
