Watashi Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse

Decided to finally give this place a shot today. It didn't disappoint. I ordered the chicken hibachi and it was fresh and delicious. The counter service was also great and the food came out super quick. Would also like to add that the dining room is clean. Overall it's a good place to relax and get a fresh hearty meal and it was definitely worth waiting for after all this time and glad to finally have a Japanese place in Madison.

First thing I noticed is that it was Super clean ! Food came out hot. Really good portion size and good, had trouble eating all of it. Will come back and try other food.

We’ve been twice now and the food is excellent! This will be a regular dinner spot for us. To address some of the comments I’ve seen; The prices match the quality, definitely worth it. The first visit we did have to wait a very long time, but it was their opening day and they were absolutely slammed. The second visit the wait was only about 10 minutes. Thankful for this addition to the area!

Great new addition to the town! The hibachi combo was so delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Sushi isn’t available yet due to short staffing, but the hibachi was excellent. Highly recommend supporting this new local spot!

Had lunch with my son at this establishment. Food was great. Hibachi chicken was a generous portion and we received our food shortly after ordering. Definitely worth it!
