Apparently we need to go back to preschool and learn our shapes again. The first picture is a heart shape cake that I literally let them screenshot off my phone for reference. I pointed at the display and I told them “I would like to order the heart shape cake please.” 🤦🏻♀️ on top of that I’m looking at the label and she never offered me the option of a filling and it says “no top border” but luckily she at least listened to part of what I said and made that part look like the photo. I’m just super disappointed in the service, I had to pay for a cake that I didn’t want because I had no other option. This was for my daughter who’s turning 8 and she wanted the cute heart shaped cake. It was a pretty simple request.
