Firehouse Subs

I love firehouse, but my most recent visit had been the best experience yet. My wife and I were hungry as we both got off work, and we decided to get a firehouse sandwich. First of all, the staff was very very friendly. But what impressed me the most was how fast we got our food. Almost immediately after I paid, 30 seconds later our food was ready and it was nice and warm. I t tasted so delicious. If you are looking to try somewhere new I would so recommend this place

If my experience was a movie, it would be a 10/10, multiple Oscar winning, absolute cinematic masterpiece. The service was very friendly and you can tell you knew what they were doing. Very quick service and the food was fire. The temptation to buy a pickle bucket was there and it was strong, but I resisted (maybe not the next time though). Overall a 10/10/10 experience, I highly recommend!

Im not sure what’s going on at this location but we’ve been here 3 times and dined in and have yet to have a hot sub. Everything has come out lukewarm at best with cold spots through out. The bread is toasted, yet there’s no warmth to it. I can tell an attempt to heat the deli meat was made yet it’s not anywhere near hot. Are they rushing? Lack of training? Not sure, but I’ve had firehouse delivered in Arizona and even after the delivery process those subs were hotter than what I got here. We love firehouse but are hesitant to try this location anymore.

The sandwiches here are amazing!! The staff is wonderful, especially Mo! She is the best general manager I’ve ever seen! Works insanely hard to make sure her store is taken care of! Love this place!

Friends recommended we try Firehouse subs. Their sandwiches do have a lot of meat and good flavor. They also have far too much sauce, which makes them sloppy and hard to eat. The bread is good, nice, and soft with a delicate crust. Hot sandwiches are put into a microwave to heat, but the employees put the lettuce on them first, which makes for slimey wilted lettuce. In the end, the flavor was good. The amount of meat was great. Bread was fresh. Lettuce was wilted. Sauce overpowered everything- hey easy on the sauce.
