Went here ordered combination meal asked for shrimp in everything, and told them we had ordered before, and they had charged us $3,99 to each menu item for change.Whixh they told us before making dinner. We were fine with that. Well, they changed the prices, and instead of coming and telling us before making it. They made us one plate, of the order, and then showed us the ticket with the price on it. $66!!!!!!! FOR ONE PLATE!!!!!! It was before we ate any of it. But shouldn't that have been brought to our attention BEFORE has been made? So, we wwre offered if we didnt want to pay that, they would take it back. We said that we were not going to pay that and then left after unable to order anything else. So, went in tonight, and they told us to leave because they cost them a meal last time!!

Agave Grill is just another typical Mexican restaurant for Idaho Falls. There isn’t much difference than the other places. It’s not as authentic as some, but also not as Americanized as others. Not my favorite, but still good. I enjoyed the complementary chips, refried beans, and salsa. The chips were pleasantly warm and the refried beans were great with a little salt. I ordered the three combination plate. I got the cheesy chicken chimichanga. It was great and the addition of cheese inside was a nice touch. I also had the chili relleno. It was a normal tasty chili relleno. I also had a shredded beef burrito. The beef was in a red sauce and was good. Maybe a little salty, but better than no sauce. My wife had the crema de La Pollo. I really like this place. Every dish ordered has been amazing, from the fajitas to the ceviche to the burritos. The live plants all around the restaurant are great. Kudos to the team for maintaining them which keeps the air inside nice and fresh. I also like how the covered porch-like hallway creates a cozy feel and dampens the crowd noise when it's busy. Order a margarita and thank me later.

My husband and I went on my birthday. Our waitress Aline was so sweet and gave us great service!! We had a great time and will be coming back often. Definitely a must go place. We even bought one of the pictures they had on the wall!!!!
