Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

This location is amazing. My pizza's are always ready to pick up when I schedule them. I think only once in several years was there a mixup and I was not given one of my pizzas, but the situation was recognized and remedied quickly. My husband loves the Chicago stuffed pizza, and my daughter and I are huge fans of the pan pizza's. When I'm craving pizza and want an easy dinner, this is my go to!

I hit submit on my order before I applied the coupon code! When I called the location, they canceled my order and let me do a new one. I really appreciated how unbothered they were by my user error. This was the Papa Murphy's on 17th Street in Ammon.

Food is tasty. The app is horrible. Management is unhelpful when something isn't correct. We ordered a one-topping pizza through the app. It glitched on us and didn't put the topping on. The store assumed that we wanted cheese even though no topping was selected. If we wanted cheese, we would have selected that as the topping. We noticed the error in the store, and they wouldn't fix it even though the price would have been the same. They used to be friendly to the customers. I'm afraid that isn't the case anymore. I wonder if the other stores in town have the same management.

I go here all the time and never had problems like I did tonight. For starters my original order came to $42.14 I gave them $60 in twenties and they told me they could not give me the correct change there wasn't enough in there till. They made me purchase something else so that they could give me the correct change and I could take my food home. And then when the hand me my pizza they had screwed up the order and gave me a stuffed pizza instead of a stuffed crust. Told me that to be able to fix it I would have to pay the 1.20 difference. So I give them back the 10 they gave me as change to pay the $1.20 and got the correct Pizza and change. I give you all the dollar amounts because anyone who can do math now realizes they originally had the correct amount of change in their till to begin

I put in a large order of pizzas to feed a large group of shift workers that had to work on Christmas. I picked up the order on Christmas Eve, and my order was 100% correct. Great price and great service.
