Vital Creations Vegan Bistro

Absolutely mind blown! THE BEST VEGAN FOOD EVER! Loved every bite of it. We came in late at around 8 30pm and they close at 9pm, but Chris (one of the owners) made sure we could sit peacefully, comfortably and eat while their kitchen was closed. It really meant a lot to us! We ordered the Bahn Mi noodle bowl, Cajun fries and the spicy oaxacan bowl. Both- out of the world. The tofu in the noodle bowl is the best I have ever tasted- marinated and super crispy! They put so many cashews, I was so impressed. The spicy Oaxacan bowl was sooo full of flavour. Was loaaded with the tastiest crispy sweet potato and avocado+beans. They even had triple filtered flavoured water! Absolutely worth it!!!

Wonderful all-vegan bistro with creative and delicious options. Buffalo cauliflower appetizer, Good Vibrations Poke Bowl, and a chocolate mint milkshake to top it off. All fantastic. The proprietor is actively hosting, and is delightful and conscientious. Will want to go back next time I’m in Seattle!

The atmosphere is awesome - it's a laid back, cozy beachy vibe. Service is fast too! My hubby and I came in and celebrated our 5 year anniversary over some delicious lunch. Chris is courteous and so friendly! We tried the raspberri chocolate martini, the mozzarella sticks, BLAT, and the BBQ mac daddy. My husband us not a vegan guy, and even he said it was delicious!

Menu is great with many options. I got the Nashville chickn sandwich and my fiancé had the sweet chili noodle bowl. Both were a 10/10. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Not a lot of vegan restaurants where we live so this was everything we hoped for.

We can not recommend this restaurant enough! We’ve been there 3 times within a week because it was that good 😍 we absolutely loved the Breakfast Burrito and the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl. The roasted sweet potatoes were absolutely incredible! Our server Alexandra was also wonderful. We can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!
