Village Library of Cooperstown

Beautiful historic building that also contains the lively and inspiring Art Association of Cooperstown. Good little library that seems popular with the community. Ongoing book sale has a fine selection. Worth a stop, especially considering it’s location near the Hall of Fame and Council Rock.

Has everything my wife was in a great public library 📚📖

The library is such a beautiful historical building! The striking white columns greet you as you walk up the sidewalk. You can feel the history when you walk inside. The library is hosting the Cooperstown School District Art Exhibit through May 13th. The students' artwork is displayed throughout the library. We attended the Art Exhibit's opening night on April 29th. Refreshments were available and the HS Choir provided the entertainment. It was all very impressive.

We love this library! The staff is wonderful and helpful- they always make my young children feel welcome and comfortable. Their selection is fantastic and they always have great reading choices on display!

Excellent small town library. They have good selections of books, magazines, and more. There is an art gallery with rotating exhibits in the back, and the main library area has a kiosk of computers for use. Just checking at the front desk and they'll help you!
