This place is warm and inviting. The food is phenomenal and the cocktails are exceptional. If your looking for a place to purchase all of you supplements, this is ghe place. You will not be disappointed. I had already started eating then remembered to take the darn pics🤣

I truly enjoyed the turkey red beans. They were very creamy and flavorful; if I was going straight home, I would have ordered seconds. The VB Green Juice was one of the best green juices I've ever tasted. Definitely will be returning to try more items.

I stumbled into Vigorous Body completely by accident after noticing a sign outside that caught my eye. I drive this route all the time and had never seen it before, so curiosity got the best of me and I’m glad it did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by everyone. I ended up sitting near the owner without realizing it at first. We chatted briefly, and she is such a sweet woman, clearly passionate about her calling and what she’s building here. I tried the deviled eggs along with multiple herbal margaritas. They even let me customize the strawberry rose margarita using organic jalapeño-infused tequila, which was FYE 🔥 I also had a chance to check out the brunch menu and am already looking forward to coming back for the grits and lamb chops. Overall, this was a great experie

Woooooooow! My friend and I saw this place on Facebook and decided to give it a try. THE BEST DECISION! We were warmly welcomed in, and the atmosphere really felt like a big hug. Lots of seating, but still beautiful and intimate. Drinks are on POINT! Also, they sell amazing teas and body products. When I first heard this combination of restaurant and body care, I really didn’t know what to make of it. But once I got in the space and conversed with the owner (who is AMAZINGLY nice), I realized that food IS body care. Honestly, the whole experience was amazing. I cannot wait to come back
