We're from Italy and often go out for good pizza, whether Neapolitan or Roman. The important thing is that the crust is well-leavened and the ingredients are high-quality. We came to Seattle for a 12-day trip and decided to visit this place twice more after our first pleasant discovery. The pizza is really good, and the staff makes you feel at home; they're attentive and friendly. We loved this place, we recommend it, and we hope to come here again on our next trip!
Food is pretty good but quiet expensive for what you're eating. But location is great and the service was pretty good. We had 2 pizzas, a salad, meatballs and 2 drinks (happy hour menu), are were tasty.
This place is so good that we waited a while on a Sunday night, which surprised me. Ambience is lovely with lots of natural light and comfortable booths. The burrata appetizer was incredibly fresh and creamy. Pizzas are large enough for 2 people, and are wonderfully doughy, soft, and flavorful. They give you scissors for cutting the pizza which was cute, and worked well. The "tre carni" pizza was very salty, and the toppings fell off as soon as you picked up the slice, but it was overall good pizza.
What a slice of Rome in Seattle 🍝🍕 As someone who’s visited Italy now 4 times I would say my pallet is accustomed to the freshness of real Neapolitan pizza. I cannot stress enough that this place does NOT disappoint! The flavors of Italy are in every dish! You can taste it in the buffalo cheese, the well seasoned tomatoes, and the oven baked dough! Not only does this place taste like Italy but it feels somewhat Italian. Making this the perfect date not spot on my opinion! Honestly, 100% worth the price considered how good it is! add this to your saved list!
Went for happy hour during a weekday. Happy hour pizzas are about half the size of regular menu pizzas, which I guess is to be expected for the price. Our regular menu pizza wasn't fully cooked though in a few bites and was doughy, which was a bit disappointing, but the toppings were great. It wasn't undercooked to the point of wanting to send it back and wait. Service was good, along with the wine recommendations. The most annoying part were the fruit flies. Yes, fruit flies. Once our food arrived, 4 or 5 fruit flies pestered us and our wine for the rest of our meal.
