We had a great experience at this restaurant! The place was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We ordered butter chicken, chicken tandoori, lamb biryani, and garlic naan. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. We did ask for mild spice, but it came out more like medium for someone who isn’t used to Indian spice levels. Still, the dishes were amazing, and I’d definitely come back. Overall, a wonderful spot with great service and tasty food!
Will definitely recommend this restaurant for a fine dine experience and the food is priced accordingly, plus it also has a bar area. We went on a weekday for dinner and there was minimal crowd. The service is really good. Ambiance is great. But we felt, few dishes could have tasted better. There is plenty of space to park outside.
Urban Turban is legit ya'll. They have the most extensive menu I think I've ever seen in a restaurant. It's absolutely delicious. They're going to ask you what level spice you want. Choose wisely. When in doubt number down. But seriously we have tried a lot of things vegetarian and curries and chicken and naan and bratza and have not had anything that didn't taste amazing. My Mil says they make a shocking good old fashion and we also loved the Margarita mojito. Bharah was our server. He was fabulous, friendly and super helpful. Great service. Good for takeout too. I highly recommend it!
Been in the Raleigh area for a decade+. This is quite possibly the best, most authentic North Indian food I’ve had in the area! Delicious, succulent tandoori chicken tikka kebabs with tangy mint chutney. Loaded Amritsari kulcha paired with spicy, flavourful chole and sweet, creamy lassi. Beautiful plating and decent selection on the wine list, for a restaurant at that price point. Fun, upbeat vibe with the decor and the wall posters. Loved the experience! Keep it going. Reservations recommended on weekends.
This was our first time trying this type of food, we came based off of a TikTok video saying try chicken butter, and let’s just say there was no disappointment at all! The food and atmosphere was amazing! Trying to order was a bit difficult because we weren’t really sure what to try or what certain dishes were. If the waiter could have explained some of the dishes or made suggestions it would have been a little easier but outside of that the food came out fresh and hot! It was delicious 10/10, we ordered the lamb street tacos, the 4 cheese stuffed Nan and the butter chicken!
