Upper Crust Pizza & Chicken (Barberton location)

Ordered On Super Bowl Sunday. Our pizzas were burnt, and our chicken wings were not fully cooked. Called them to let them know how disappointed I was. They said they would send me a $50 coupon To compensate for the meal I paid $70 for originally. I NEVER received the coupon they promised. I guess customer satisfaction is not their priorities.

Now I know why they won so many awards, Omg! Gluten free chicken, bacon pizza, delicious! Wings are huge and so tasty! Love the hot honey!

The best chicken tenders around! And I don’t know what’s in the Upper Crust sauce but it’s equally as great- creamy, herby, kind of like a chipotle ranch. The breading does have a bit of spice, so heads up if you have little. My only suggestion (if this is seen by employees), is to add the pizza description to the toast app. When you pick a pizza, you’re asked to build it, but there’s no way of knowing what comes on it unless you cross reference with a menu elsewhere. (I ended up with a cheese pizza tonight because I assumed it came with pepperoni since the photo had it).

Found this place in the middle of nowhere and man it was amazing! The owner let us try the monthly special called Street Corn Pizza. It was SO good! The wings were crispy and the salad was huge! Definitely recommend this place!

What's up Upper Crust staff It's the family from Southern California that visited a couple weeks ago saying AMAZING RESTAURANT!!!!! The food was awesome, the service was awesome all of you guys were friendly. Great experience all the way around!!!! The next time I'm in Barberton,Ohio Upper Crust is the first stop!!!
