Leach's Meats & Sweets

I have been shopping here for decades. I live 40 minutes away, so I buy some of the stuff that is really high quality and freeze large quantities. Last visit two weeks ago was problematic. The meat person behind the counter seemed really out of sorts. When I went to check out, the price for the steak seemed really high. I was mid check out when I saw this. Some of my stuff had already been tallied. When i questioned the charge, they were very unpleasant . It was $12 over the amount when reweighed. No apology. I had purchased buns which were tallied before my discovery of their error . I told the clerk, she had already charged me for those. She just ignored me and continued with the transaction. Her response was, are you okay? I said yes, but I am getting a bit exhausted from this experi

This is a very cool, old school kinda place. I have not had any meats...yet, but the donuts are great, at a great price, and the bread is amazing. I special ordered bread bowls for my wife! You can't get that kind of service at a grocery store. I bet it smells great in there, but I have not had a functional sense of smell since covid.

Their donuts are unbeatable. If you can find anywhere that comes close to their quality and size the cost will be double. Meats are excellent also. I have shopped with these folks when dad, Ray, ran the meat department at a small neighborhood grocery 50 years ago.

I had an amazing experience working with Leach's Catering. First, Tina is so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with which made for a positive experience. Secondly, the food was beautifully presented on platters and trays. Also, and most importantly, the food was delicious. We served finger sandwiches, veggie tray, pasta salad and a spinach dip platter and ALL of it was excellent, so many compliments. And finally, the price was very affordable, we had enough for second servings AND some leftovers. We also ordered cupcakes from Leach's bakery and they were super tasty!!! I highly recommend Leach's for your party catering!

A great place to get a large variety of fresh meats. The sweets are absolutely delicious! Friendly service!
