This is so convenient to the Main gate at Zion National Park. We stayed in #7 The Garden Cabin. It is perfectly outfitted with super comfy king bed and pillows. We enjoyed hot apple cider from the shared space and brought it back to sit in our upholstered chairs. The breakfast at Oscars is fantastic and quite generous. The omelet was delicious as were my husband’s pancakes and scrambled eggs. Perfect start for a day of hiking in The Park.|We highly recommend Under the Eaves. Eric, the owner, is super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip to Zion National Park. We booked Under the Eves for our stay. It is a charming and historical property in the heart of charming Springdale, UT. Our room was formerly an artists studio. It featured the most comfortable king bed, foam and feather pillows and two leather club chairs. There was a Kuerig in the room. A beautiful bathroom as well! We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after our days at Zion. Breakfast was served at Oscar’s Cafe, a one minute walk, and it was delicious! January was the PERFECT time to be in Springdale and Zion. We can’t wait to visit again.

We absolutely loved this place. All of the details were perfect, from the hand-crafted soaps, to the extremely comfortable bed and sheets. Check in was super easy. The bathroom was roomy and clean. The best part was the hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring. Highly recommend. I've never been so happy with a hotel like this.

November 24-28, 2025 Our family decided to visit Zion National Park for Thanksgiving this year! We chose to stay at "Under the Eaves" which ended up being a GREAT choice for us. The place is classy and charming from the 1930's but is totally modern and comfortable (beds are new and were great!) Our suite had a full kitchen, dining room, parlour, and sleeping for 5 people. In addition, a fantastic breakfast comes with this. There are small one-bedroom accommodations available at the inn as well. This place reflects pride of ownership from Eric and Amy who own the Inn. Every detail is well-thought out and is meticulous. We were right across the street from a grocery store and the shuttle which makes frequent stops to take people up to the national park. We all decided we want to stay there a

Under the Eaves is at a prominent location at the main bend on the Zion National Park entrance road. You are staying in the middle of the main drag in Springdale, which is perfect. Our family felt like all we we needed was within walking distance, including several bike shops (shout out to Zion Cycle, which had super customer service and a wide selection of bike and e-bike rentals for adults and kids), restaurants (breakfast at Oscar's is included with your stay at Under the Eaves), shopping, a supermarket, and even the entrance to Zion NP, which is close enough to walk. Springdale is a fun town with a hipster outdoor vibe. There is a historic site plaque out front showing that Under the Eaves was built in the 1930s and used to function as the town's post office. In some respects you feel
