I ordered a Rib Tip sandwich which had three ribs tips after I complained he gave me one more. The tips were so tuff, potatoes salad was nasty, the turkey burger, no wait turkey pattie came from Aldi not saying Aldi is bad because I shop there dont eat turkey burgers it was for my daughter they gave us five fries that wasn't done and got the nerve to be over priced. Very disappointed not going back.

I've lived in u city for over 30 years and seen this location go thru so many businesses and been hoping some restaurant would have some longevity here. Sorry to say, I don't think this one is going to be here too long either. I ordered the rib tip sandwich and the fries. The portion to how much you pay was the first thing. Not good. 3 small tips and a half palm worth of fries. Ribs were dry, bland, and chewy. Fries were limp, and flavorless. I am a person that gives places a second taste so I will go back just because of that reason alone. I'll try the catfish next time and hope its not swai

I felt like a cheat meal and got the hankering for smoked wings thought I'd try the new spot in the neighborhood spent 16 bucks. I got the 6 piece smoked wings and I called to make sure they were whole wings. They were, so I ordered with cabbage, baked beans, and he was nice enough to throw in some greenbeans. Staff was very nice...quick service. The cabbage was slapping good but everything else left so much to be desired. Chicken wasn't fresh ( but we know it dont hv to be to still be good but wasnt) kinda cold and everything especially even the sauce was plain jane. I always finish my food. I ate all the cabbage but only half of everything else even the wings. I was happy to support a black business but the flavors def need some reevaluating. Get some kc masterpiece sauce or something.

Oh my goodness, the restaurant is very clean 👌🏾, the employees are very friendly and the food was phenomenal. The ribs were superb 😋 and tender, the sides were delicious and I will be going back there again and again. I can't wait to try something else on the menu. You have to visit and patronize the restaurant because it is truly deserving 👏. Black owned and operated. 10 out of 5 stars 🌟!!

I ordered a rib tip sandwich.6 small pieces on a cold slice of bread.. portions super small, the sauce was unrecognizable and smelled strange. the potatoe salad was straight up nasty. 1st time there ...will not return. 0.2/10 rating for me.
