Twisters Burgers & Burritos

As you can see they took very little care of there customers and they need to do a better job at making sure food is not only made correctly but there Customer service needs more help. Willy was really rude and impolite. You are handling someone's food which is consumed. I think its very important to ensure that the customer whos spending hard earned money is taken care of properly and id appreciate the General Manger or the HR department to reach out to me please and thank you

Ordered taco plate and Navajo taco. Food was ice cold, taco was broken, shells were stale, barely any lettuce or cheese, and it seems they have changed the recipe for the taco meat. It used to be really well seasoned, now it has no flavor. Very disappointed as their tacos used to be my favorite.

A friend invited me to breakfast here, and I must admit that I had been here in a long time, due to the fact that things there had gone down hill. Service on this visit was great. They were very helpful and friendly. Food came out in a timely manner, and orders were correct. The breakfast burritos we ordered were very tasty, and the fries were excellent. My friend had the tamales and enjoyed them too. I might need to think about coming here again. Restaurant was clean, nicely decorated for Christmas, but otherwise a bit sparce, could use a few more tables, or something to make it feel a bit more inviting.

I decided to go to twisters this morning for a breakfast burrito, because it was thr only place where I could still get breakfast food after 11. I ordered a 3 meat biggie handheld, after waiting 10 ish minutes in a empty lobby. Upon receiving the urrito I immediately noticed how small it was, for the almost 9 dollars I paid. Better burritos elsewhere.

I am currently waiting at the window wondering why the girl is acting so confused as to why I want a green chile and cheese DOUBLE cheeseburger and just a side of fries with no drink and she keeps saying that there’s no double green chile cheeseburger just the combo green chile single patty cheeseburger it makes zero sense like really??? As a former waitress I even know how to take orders and repeat them back to customers.
