Customer Reviews
Tried this place again for the first time in a very long time, and it really hit the spot. There are so many ramen options that we still haven’t picked a clear favorite yet. This time we ordered the tonkotsu and the motsunabe, and both were very good. The tonkotsu had a rich, flavorful broth, and the motsunabe was especially impressive—I loved how well they cooked the hormone. Everything tasted amazing, especially on a cold day after the spa. Would definitely come back to try more.
I have tried the other branch in LA and I like the NJ one better. The line here is much shorter and the food comes out really fast. The noodles are firm and chewy and the broth is rich and flavorful. The tsukemen was delicious and the chashu was tender with a nice smoky taste.
Amazing tsukemen and ramen! Even the appetizers are great — we love the karaage and yubu. We always come here because the food tastes incredible every time. The staff are very friendly, and the shop has cool anime vibes that make the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
We visited Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodles and tried both the dipping noodles and tonkotsu ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. Overall, the taste was solid. The only downside was the thick cut pork belly, it was a bit too salty for our liking. Still, the experience was enjoyable and worth a visit if you’re into hearty ramen.
I ordered the Deluxe Tsukemen lunch set and it was delicious! I enjoyed the various dishes in the set such as the edamame, karaage, and onigiri. The tsukemen noodles were great, so nice and chewy. Dipping it into the flavorful and rich broth was a fun experience. Great and fast service and nice atmosphere!
