This is THE BEST Hummus Republic I have ever been too! Very well managed! Clean and quick service, food is fresh and flavorful.its the best healthy fast food. Honestly, this place is amazing through and through. Service is awesome, food is fresh, atmosphere is warm and inviting. I’m SOOO happy I have an option downstairs that’s actually fresh and healthy as I don’t have much time too cook most often. The hummus is bonkers and the gyro meat is delicious. Visited Hummus Republic in Fort Lee this afternoon and it absolutely lived up to the anticipation. We dined in and ordered the lemon chicken bowls, and everything about the meal was on point. The protein was incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced and varied, and the portion size was generous — real value with genuinely high-quality, nutritious food. The hummus deserves its own mention. You can immediately tell it’s made in-house — super fresh, smooth, and nothing like the packaged grocery store versions. It’s the real deal. Love love love this place!! I got the bowl with the best yellow rice , spinach and chicken. They are NOT stingy when it comes to serving their costumers. Tasted absolutely amazing definitely one of my favorite spots. The staff and owner are great people with a great environment for their costumers. Their pita chips don’t miss!!!!

Loved this place! The make-your-own bowl was fresh and delicious, and the lemonade juices were so good. Super friendly staff and such a great healthy, quick option. Can’t wait to come back!
