I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Bonnie and her beautiful BnB. We are definitely going to go back for another stay sometime. My friends and I all quarantined and got tested ahead of time so the 13 of us could stay together for a 3 day new years gathering -- renting out the entire place. Our group came from DC, Baltimore and NYC and the location was perfect (2 1/2 hours for everyone). The house is up a hill off a side road, 10 minutes from the freeway and there was no traffic whatsoever. Three siblings + some spouses and seven kids under 13 converged here for a first face-to-face since COVID. We were utterly delighted with the place. Bonnie was a wonderful hostess, and we enjoyed her pool, deck, trampoline, and spacious common areas and porch. The games cupboard and pool toys were fantastic, and we felt like valued guests in the house. We asked for a walk through and rental and cleaning deposits were quickly returned. She lives onsite, but we wouldn't have known it. She respected our privacy and we were only in contact to work out the A/C (it's on a timer, so if you want it off, you have to consult with her).

I lived in Ephrata growing up and never knew about this hidden gem. My husband and I now live out of state, but found Bonnie’s place to stay at while in town to see family. It feels like a little nature retreat. The house is perfect, everything you need. Cozy bed. Clean. The property is so nice as well. We were really impressed. The host, Bonnie, is very kind. Thank you!

Bonnie is the bomb! Took me and my boy in at the middle of night and her hospitality is un matched! Would definetly recommend if your in town for spooky nook!

The host asked us to contact her directly outside of AirBnb, saying that it would be cheaper. We booked the place directly with her through Squareup. We also sent her a $300 security deposit||||Before going, she assured us that she would not be around and we would have the place to ourselves, including the pool, as she would be in and out most of the time.||Once we got there, the privacy that was promised was not there. She and her family were there the whole time and her grandchildren used the pool almost everyday. She even contacted us to close a window we had opened while cooking.||We paid $325 extra for cleaning so we would not have to clean the place before leaving.||The day before we were supposed to check out at 11am, she asked us if the cleaners could come in and start at 9am!
