A phenomenal, and largely scratch kitchen restaurant. The owner will happily accommodate you with off menu Sushi upon request, and is also known from time to time to surprise customers with a complimentary item in gratitude of their patronage. I've been both on the receiving end, as well as have watched others enjoy the same as well. Good show, sir, good show! Their sushi and sashimi is great, the Burmese, Thai, Chinese and Korean as well. Please note, they make their own kimchi. The bibimbap and kimchi noodle is worth your time and money to try in my opinion. Their soups are also very good.

Local favorite! I have been frequenting Hills to Sea since it opened and have never been disappointment. The food remains consistently fresh and the owners and staff are genuinely kind and service-oriented. I especially love the salmon crazy sushi roll, special fried Rice, and cheesecake and my boyfriend loves the Tom Yum soup and drunken noodles. The ambiance is relaxing and open inside the restaurant and the takeout consistently is warm and promptly prepared. The appetizers are varied and we love the crab rangoon, crispy wontons, and tulip dumplings. This is our go-to place for sushi or an evening out and is conveniently located in Ephrata with ample parking available.

We recently discovered this wonderful local gem, and we were very impressed by their friendlyness and prompt service. And the food... The food was a spectacular delight of culinary art! We enjoyed the Pad Thai, The Villagers Combo, Spicy Salmon Sushi, and the Mango Sticky Rice. We'll definitely be back next time we need a tasty bite of food in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

It was a good experience with Hill to Sea, The name itself is unique and interesting if your know the true story of the owner… It was my second time coming to this place and I haven’t try all the menus yet, but I will recommend the one I had last time was Korean style Bibimbap and seafood Tom Yum, which are really good. There are so many food that you could try at this place I have nothing to say with the service, the staffs and the owner are so friendly and I see that they are always looking to fulfill customer’s needs and also they talk from their heart. I really love the atmosphere that I can start my day with Christian music while I am waiting for my food. It gives me a positive vibe and energy to move forward in my whole day.. I wish I could comeback again this place soon …

Very good food and service. Myself, family, friends and colleagues eat here regularly. The owners treat you like family, and in the rare case something doesn't come out as expected, lose the Lancaster County non-confrontational persona, and speak up, they will gladly make it right. As a customer you shouldn't pay for something that's not exactly as it should be, and as a business, if they don't know there's a problem, how do they know how to resolve the situation for you, and or to make sure it doesn't happen again to another?
