Trang's bakery

Found Trang selling a basket of breads at Lydgate Park next to the beach. Lovely lady, and her breads are delightful! We had a pineapple coconut loaf and a coconut mango loaf. $12 apiece - not cheap but reasonable for a specialty bakery item. Both have abundant flavor, each slightly sweet in a different way. The coconut, pineapple, and mango flavors are distinct in each loaf. Highly recommend.

Staying here at Kauai Shores hotel when Miss Trang approached us with a basket full of goodies. So far, we have eaten one of the oatmeal chocolate cookies and it is sooo yummy ! Thin and crispy and flavorful just the way I like it! Already excited to bite into the banana bread !!

We ran into Trang while we were walking at Lydgate Beach, and later saw her over by Lava Lava Beach Club. Her banana bread is amazing! We tried the mango banana bread and it was fantastic. We heard that she also sells cookies, but didn't try any, I bet those are delicious too. She takes cash and Venmo.

We were lucky to run into Trang on this trip. The brownies are very sweet but not overpowering. Happy to support small and local business!
