Shaka Burgers Hawaii

10/10 Best food on the island! Skip the restaurants & come try this! We chanced upon it as we were looking for a quick meal and my gosh, their burgers were phenomenal and so was the pork belly! Very nice family also & very friendly! I wish we could have taken out some more meals with us going on our way back to Maui but wow, I’m still thinking about that pork belly until now ⭐️

This was pinned for our Kauai trip and as soon as we landed we made it over. We weren’t the only ones waiting for the 4:30 open time! It was worth the hype - we tried the truffle burger (add bacon!) and the Hawaii 5.0 w Shaka Fries. It was SO GOOD. Their service is great and the folks working the truck were so nice. Make sure to stop at this cutie food truck near the airport!

Everytime we visit Kauai i make sure we stop by here for some good eats! They are located across costco gas station with plenty of parking. Make sure to upgrade to shaka fries with your burger order 😋

If you’re hankering for a burger and some of THE Best fries you’ve ever had, find this food truck! The food is made to order, so it’s always hot and delicious. The patty is thick and juicy. It is as wide as the bun. The bun - I don’t usually eat buns, but this one looked so yummy. It did not disappoint. Oh! The fries are crisp and tasty. Shaka could easily take over the burger world as a franchise. They are that good. My husband accidentally found their food truck while we were waiting to catch the train on the plantation . I wasn’t hungry, so he ate it alone. When we got off the train, we headed straight back to get me my own Shaka Bacon Cheeseburger. The bread was perfectly toasted in butter—flavorful without being greasy. The locally raised, grass-fed beef was fresh and not overly fatty, which I really appreciated. While the burger usually comes with fries, they were happy to substitute a side salad when I asked—thank you! Loved being able to enjoy the meal outdoors in a relaxed setting.
