Trail 87

Ate dinner here on a Saturday night in the summer. I can’t say enough good things about our dinner here. Great atmosphere w/live music. Waitstaff was great - helpful and friendly. Everything was delicious! We had the nachos which were amazing. Husband had the French Onion burger which was excellent, hot and juicy. I had the Chicken Schawarma bowl and it was very flavorful and fresh. If I’m anywhere nearby in the future, I will definitely return, especially since the waitress mentioned that they change the menu seasonally!

Trail 87 was fantastic. Michelle, the host, was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. We sat at the bar for a date night (a fun treat when you have three kids at home!), and Dominic took great care of us!! He was personable, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks were great, but the food truly stood out. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time!! Fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared. We cook a lot at home, so going out can be hit or miss, but Trail 87 absolutely exceeded expectations. Looking forward to going back.

We were staying for the weekend in a AirBnb in Wardsboro and this was super close so we gave it a try for dinner and we’re not disappointed! It was a beautiful night and there is a lot of outdoor seating so we ate outside. Our server was really nice and the food came out fast, hot, and good. We got wings, fries, nachos, and Mexican corn. All was really good but the nachos and the gochujang BBQ wings were especially impressive. The fries were really crispy and well seasoned. Def would go back for their brunch with looks yummy.

What a stellar dining experience, not a single complaint. First off, very accommodating of our large birthday group and some timing issues. Drinks were great and came out quick. But the food? Incredible. Burgers were killer, the masala fries are revolutionary, and I can't thing of another time I was so impressed with a side salad. Staff is so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about allergies; what a convivial atmosphere. The only sadness is I don't live nearby so I can't go more often. Get any burger, the goat and beet salad, maybe a Mac n cheese. 10/10

We had a truly exceptional experience during our dinner here. We had the French Onion Burger, the Chicken Shwarma bowl, and the Sweet Potato Bisque. All were outstanding. Our friends had the Shorty Pie, which they loved. The cocktails are also top notch. The ambiance creates a very chill vibe and the staff are professional and friendly. Don't miss out on this unique spot!
