Gray Ghost Inn

We stayed a week as part of a Road Scholar Hiking trip. I cannot say enough about the food. The food is plated and made to order. You can have as little or as much as you like. Eggs, made to order, pancakes, French toast, bacon, juice, need I go on. There were cozy little areas around the property to sit and chat or be by yourself and enjoy nature. The game room had a variety of activities. Ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Our room was clean and quiet. The owners were very accommodating. We were given a tour on our arrival. We left a book in a drawer. The owner sent it to us that day. If ever In the area again, this is where I will stay. It felt like home.

We had such a great stay at the Gray Ghost Inn! The family who runs it is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed during a snow storm and they kept the parking lot plowed & provided shovels. Breakfast was so good! They had lots of board games, movies, & a hot tub which we enjoyed in the snow! The rooms were very clean, cozy, and warm. The moover stopped right outside the front door, super quick drive to the mountain! Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here:) thanks for a great stay!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here over Valentines weekend during our trip to Mt. Snow. Our room was cozy and clean. The owners are friendly. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes, and there are ample comfy couches and chairs to lounge. The game room downstairs was huge and everything worked. Breakfast is simple but it’s hot, fast, and fills you up for the day. Looks like it’s a popular spot for bikers over the summer and I see why. It seems like the perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with a big group or family.

This place offers great value, and the owners could not be nicer or more helpful! Comfortable beds, generous breakfasts, and rooms are not fancy but they are functional and very clean. I was with a group but had no vehicle, and the owners had great suggestions for taking advantage of the area. Several businesses are within walking distance, and I did walk to a few during the day.

My fiancee and I stayed here over MLK weekend and had a great stay! The owners are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. We also enjoyed the common spaces, very relaxed. Breakfast was also reliable, perfect eggs!!! Also, short drive to Mt.Snow and the nearby restaurants + stores. Great location. We will be back!
