Trackside Brick Oven Pizzeria

On our travels, we found this place on google and it was definitely worth the stop! The margherita pizza was delicious and the chicken parm stuffed bread was huge and so good. Food came out quickly and service was great.

Pizza was really good, fried mozz was banging. Old school sodas in glass bottles. Server was very friendly and made you feel at home but the check took a while because she was busy, and dining in a train car is such a fun idea but could be executed a tad better (a bit run down- could use upgraded window treatments, less awkward seating arrangements and warmer lighting). But it definitely felt like a hidden gem! For the food alone we would still recommend a stop here before a concert at Oakdale Theatre.

Accidentally stumbled on this pizzeria after thinking I ordered at another place and was pleasantly surprised! At first, I was a bit skeptical as the location was a bit off "track" the main. That a side, the pizza itself was so delicious! This may very well be my new pizza spot. Customer service was good - attendant was patient while I figured out getting there from the spot I thought I ordered. Very delicious pizza!

Love the interior. Ordered a white pie. Mozzarella and ricotta. It was delicious. Best pizza I’ve had in Connecticut. Our new go to pizzeria.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a side of meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were good but a little on the mushy side. The pizza was very good, nice sauce, nice flavor. The crust was more floppy than I care for but was good enough with a nice bit of chewyness. Let me point out that if this was near my home I would choose this over any choices that I have. On a scale from 0-10 I would taste this 8.2.
