Touch of Home Bakery

If you are on interstate 20/59, and you are hungry for lunch, and you are near the Livingston area, stop into town to the touch of Home bakery. I’m not sure if I would really call this place a bakery. They do have tasty, baked goods, cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and some breads, but I think of this more as a lunch place. Excellent, food home-cooked by the local Mennonites. The fried catfish is very good. The cupcakes are out of this world. This is where the locals go. Just a few miles off the interstate. Worth the stop!

The country style kitchen here is the best in the area for this great small town community. Great meal choices and large servings. Recommend making this your hunger stop! Pulled BBQ pork, mac&cheese, salad, and cornbread muffin!

YUM. Nothing like freshly made donuts. So soft, perfect amount of sweetness. Loved it.

I fear that I died and went to heaven when I ate this food. Stopped here for both breakfast and lunch and about nearly made the decision to move to Livingston. I pray every day that I will be back soon ♥️

What a great gem in this small city! It’s a must try if you’re close to Livingston. I enjoyed a taco supremes for lunch and had enough to save for dinner! You can tell everything is home made. The ranch tasted like a steakhouse ranch! I wanted to buy a bottle. I also enjoyed some chocolate chip cookies!
