Had high hopes for this location after seeing review. Our first visit and it looked chaotic in there with many people complaining about wait time. Took over 30 min before we got our food. No refill offered Had to ask multiple times for napkins. When food came out couldn't even get ketchup for my fries. The location looks really nice. Maybe we went on a busy night.

We love Austin's Steakhouse. Great food! Super friendly staff! Seems like a place where everybody knows each other.

Food is Mediocre but not altogether bad . Drinks are inconsistent . Service is great until it’s time to get the check. Not a bad spot for the local crowd as the prices are Reasonable/ Fair . Update after several visits , The young men waiting tables are horrendously poor at their job … ( reflected on tipping ) … And they’re too young to serve alcohol and not very attentive during even slow times resulting in fewer drinks .

First of all me and family went there for my birthday dinner. The service was awful the food was over cooked. The waiter look of us the entire time we was there. We did not feel welcome at all.

One of the worst steaks I’ve had. No seasoning, hardly any fat on it. Atmosphere is good but food was not up to par.
