the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to......dirty restrooms.. drink counter with food and spilled drinks all over the counter... filthy floors, and cold food. told the manager and just got a dirty look as they thought it was more important to talk to her friend and scroll on her phone than to clean up.

Yesterday I posted about a McDonald’s in East Texas that my wife said was the prettiest and best McDonald’s she’s ever seen. This was the opposite of that. Bathroom is dirty. Services slow. And largely inattentive. There was one very sweet woman who we said hi to. She was the sole redeeming feature of this visit.

We waited 30 minutes for our food, after order was placed. I inquired about our food and was told they were waiting on the chicken wraps. (Big Mac meal, Chicken Wrap meal, and. McChicken sandwich). Then waited 10 more minutes. When we received our food it was cold!!!!! Had to ask for our drink cups and ketchup. Ketchup! Received 3 packs. Helloooo…. Two meals with fries. Also, while we waited in our food the workers were talking and cutting up among themselves… when they should have been working on food orders. Very disgusted with the service and quality of food. Store # 33547 Livingston AL. Next time…. I’ll stop across the road and eat at Burger King!!!

This McDonald’s was a great experience. My food came out fast, everything was fresh, and the service was friendly and professional. The staff was efficient and made the visit quick and easy. Overall, this is definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to, and I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

I hate to post negatively but, I waited forever to get to the register. The cashier leaned against the counter having very long conversations with two different people. Waited over 8 min for small fries and a coffee. Fries were barely warm. There were plenty of worker bees but no one had a pep in their step. Come on McDonald's.......You can do better.
