Timmy T's Gourmet Grinders Sandwich Shop

Delivery is awesome if you’re in the area; they make orders quickly and have dedicated drivers that get the food to you even quicker than Dominos. Online ordering is easy and simple, and it remembers previous orders. The in store experience is less great- it’s a small shop with limited street parking, and lots of posters inside that seem centered on Boomer memes.

This sandwich shop had a great island vibe. The sandwiches are served on Hawaiian rolls (you can opt for a wrap or 9-grain bread if you prefer) and they’re delicious. With the option to add your own toppings you can customize the sandwich to your liking. The employees were all very friendly and the service was quick. The parking was a little difficult, and definitely don’t park in the lot to the left (that guy was ornery)but even with that Timmy T’s checked all the boxes!

I always enjoy coming to Timmy T’s because they provide great sandwiches that are freshly made and are quite tasty. It’s definitely a go to spot for me and I’ll definitely will be coming back. My favorite is the Ono Moa Deluxe. One of the best sandwiches.

The first time I ate here, it was so good I couldn’t wait to come back! This time when I came in my sandwich was so light I thought they gave me just bread. This was the most whimpy sub I have ever gotten from a place I was expecting the best sub I’ve ever had. Compare this photo to what they advertise on the website. Do better. Edit to add, the owner responded to my review and did initially email me. but then fell off the grid after promising free sandwiches to give them a second shot.

Love this sandwich shop! Always incredible fast, wonderful service from everyone and an overall great sandwich. As someone that loves a good NY deli style sandwich, this comes pretty close to what you can get here on the island!
