Tim Hortons

Slow service, never gets the order right, hard to understand when ordering. They are always trying to cut you off when ordering, 4 times today they told me my total, before I was done ordering. Also no bag for my stuff, just handed everything separately.

My wife and I stopped in to pick up a few items to take to our daughter’s house. We were in line with one other party. There were six people working behind the counter at this time. After five minutes, we were never greeted or spoken to or acknowledged, so we left. There is a Wendy’s in the same building, and this smell was somewhat foul as Wendy’s odor bled over to the Tim Hortons side. Also, we noted the tables were somewhat filthy as was the floor. We had to leave without any service or food and we won’t be back.

Just to be aware, this location has a geographical confusion, don’t enter from N Pontiac Trail, that goes to Wendy’s, they don’t have good croissants like Tim Hortons. Please enter from the other side. I wanted to get a sandwich from Tim Hortons but in Wendy’s. It was yuck. I told the guy at Wendy’s, they didn’t replace it then came to the other window. I told my concern they acknowledged it and made the sandwich even though they didn’t make the sandwich. Then I realized I was at Wendy’s previously and the employees from Tim Hortons ensured me this happened many times. As always Tim Hortons service is towards customer. I’m proud to be Tim Hortons customer. So Tim Hortons customer, please go to the correct entrance. One last question to Tim Hortons manager why Wendy’s brand name is above Ti

One of the friendliest Tim Horton's staff I've come across! I drive out of my way to avoid the White Lake Tim Horton's because they are extremely unpleasant to deal with! Thank you for being kind and professional to your customers!

These guys are great best iced coffee around strong and delicious. Employees are kind we love Sea. Always hooks our pup with a treat and always fresh good tasting coffee.
