Burger King

My daughter and I were at the drive through last night, February 26th at 7:55pm. In our order was a chicken sandwich. There was a very nice young man working the drive-through. The chicken sandwich was taking extra long to cook. He expressed concern a couple times, and showed true empathy. There is no way somebody could get upset with the way this gentleman handled the situation. He is definitely an asset to the store and to Burger King. I am just sorry I did not ask his name to leave in this report. Hopefully you can determine who it was to thank him again.

This Burger King never gets it right... I repeated my order 5 to 6 times and still they forgot to add cheese to it. Then after I went back to get a refund I was told there was a problem refunding my money and asked for my card again then the guy told me that it was refunded but he can't give me a receipt with proof and I just have to trust that. Every other time that I have been at this Burger King the food was given to me cold. Not to mention the 15-minute drive their 15 minute drive back two times for a total of wasted hour. Horrible place... Avoid at all costs

$25 gets you two cold burgers (too salty), two cold fries (not enough salt), and two drinks without straws. Remind me again why fast food exists? It's supposed to be cheap, fattening, and taste good. Now it's just fattening. Not sure if this is representative of the location or the business in general, but Halo burger is right next door. Go there instead.

My favorite BK! The employees are so kind and helpful, always a pleasure to speak with. In a highly trafficked area, along with mobile orders and delivery enabled, remember that they can be busier than they look! In my opinion, it's worth the wait, and still MUCH faster than running home and whipping up a burger myself :) Thank you to the employees for your kindness, your hustle, and the sustenance! You guys really make my day!!

This has to be the worst Burger King I've ever eaten at. I'm genuinely surprised corporate has not shut it down for tarnishing the brand. The service was slow, the employees weren't polite nor respectful (I made sure to use "please, thank you, and sir" but didn't get anything other than "is that it?" when ordering. Sorry to have inconvenienced you with my business. Furthermore, I did not receive my full order and the food I did receive was stale and old as if it had been sitting in a hot hold for an extended period of time. 1 star for you Burger King. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.
